I thought it was cool. Kids got tired of it quickly. January 30, 2010 M. Lilley (At home) I think this item is fun. My boys played with it for a while then tossed it aside. When friends would come over they would show interest again. I think it would be great for a party. The room needs to be pretty dark for it to show up. The item does what it says it will do. Like I said, I thought it was pretty neat.
Lots of fun in the dark July 2, 2009 Utah Mike 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We got this for a 7-year old boy and a 9-year old girl. They have enjoyed the toy very much. You do have to be very close to the screen for it to work well, but that's not a problem. Our kids like to make a shape, and then once there is a shadow of it they like to use the light pen to draw other shapes around it and turn it into a picture. Our kids love it.
After the kids went to bed, mom and dad took it into the bedroom and had fun making "bedroom shadows" for a playful nocturnal activity. Enough said.

We received this toy for Christmas this year, a gift to our son, 2, who can not play with it alone, but this is good fun for the whole family!!!
The possibilities are endless!!! Wonderful imaginative toy!
Loads of fun! December 27, 2008 Kimberle A. Fricke (Philadelphia, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas after she came back from a museum with her class last year and raved about this same type of thing there. I also bought it for my 9 year old triplet nieces/nephew. It was a huge hit! Make sure to use it in a dark place (they have been using the bathroom which works great!) and "charge" the screen under a light first. The kids use it on their own and when friends come over. Endless fun!
